Dash King

Dash King is a NASM certified trainer with particular focus on athletic performance, strengthening movement patterns post-injury, and aggressive cardiovascular conditioning and strength development. He’s been a lifelong athlete himself, whether on the field, in water, or in the weight room. He believes in a holistic approach utilizing anything on hand to challenge his clients and help them improve their performance, physique, and confidence.

“Dash” – Dash King was too fortuitous a name for an athlete.


If you could go anywhere in the world on vacation, where would it be and who would it be with?

Iceland with my parents.


If you could be any animal which one would you prefer to be and why?

A dog, they seem to have figured out a good deal with how we treat them, and who wouldn’t want to always be happy?
