Dash King
Dash King is a NASM certified trainer with particular focus on athletic performance, strengthening movement patterns post-injury, and aggressive cardiovascular conditioning and strength development. He’s been a lifelong athlete himself, whether on the field, in water, or in the weight room. He believes in a holistic approach utilizing anything on hand to challenge his clients and help them improve their performance, physique, and confidence.
