Alex Harris

Having been a dancer her entire life, Alex found getting into yoga and personal training a natural progression. She graduated with her 200 hr Yoga Teacher Training from Ohra Wellness in Mt. Kisco New York and has been practicing for over 9 years.

 

After moving to Manhattan from Westchester, she taught various styles of Yoga both in class and private. While leading classes at New York Yoga as well as The Saw Mill Club she found she preferred the one on one approach best. Along with her yoga certification she is also a certified personal trainer (teaching group HIIT style classes and private clients) and mat pilates instructor.

 

Alex is an avid outdoors girl. From hiking to swimming to skiing, if it’s outdoors she’s in! Next big adventure up on her list? Climb Mt. Kilimanjaro.
