Bailey discovered Pilates early in her career as a professional dancer. She pursued her Pilates training and education through the Kane School. Pilates has given Bailey the opportunity to focus on her passion for functional biomechanics of the human body. Her training helps her students with overall alignment while increasing joint stability, strength, tone, and elongation of muscles. Bailey loves to help her students identify and find ways to release unnecessary tension, while giving the body the tools to move through space efficiently. Through her invigorating classes, Bailey hopes to help her students release daily stress, heighten senses, and embrace healthy bodies in motion.
