I consider my greatest physical accomplishment to be completing a Spartan Beast. I have been an endurance athlete for a long time, marathons, half marathons, etc. This challenged me on another level, combining strength and endurance. Outside of fitness, I consider moving to NYC from a small town to be one of my biggest accomplishments. It’s been 10 years!
Health and exercise are extremely important to me on many levels. Health is directly related to your quality of life now and as you age. I believe it is never too late, or too early, to start taking control of your health and exercise routine. I personally started studying about health, nutrition and exercise after gaining weight and have to learn how to adjust my health routine many times as my life, career, travels and stressors changed. I learned that there is always a way to make health and exercise fit into your life. My goal as a trainer is to help others find what works for them through all stages of their life.
