Ben’s philosophy of personal training is simple: teach them to fish. Getting in shape can be one of the most daunting and positively transformational tasks one can set out to accomplish. His job is to provide the necessary tools not only for success, but for life-long fitness. Many of Ben’s clients have lost significant amounts of body fat (up to 19%) and have become more confident, happy people because they have made a life change they know how to maintain.

Through scaffolded, comprehensive programming, challenging workout structure and exercises, tailor-made plans, and dietary analysis and implementation, clients are successful and excited to see the results of their hard work and new level of understanding of the individual nature of fitness.

If you could go anywhere in the world on vacation, where would it be and who would it be with?
I would go to a place where english isn’t spoken for an extended vacation by myself to push my limits.


What do you do in your free time?
I sing! I also love riding my motorcycle, I used to be a choral director, and I love to cook.
